Who we are

The Site is an independent guide to empty-leg private jet flights, trading as Harbour & Hangar. For the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, the data controller is the company set out below.

• Information you give us — when you request a quote or make an enquiry (your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, your origin and destination, travel dates, passenger numbers and any message), or when you sign up for empty-leg route alerts (your email address and the route and dates you want us to watch).

We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

How we use it, and our lawful bases

• To respond to your enquiry and pass your request to the relevant flight provider, or to the global empty-leg marketplace and our partner brokers, so they can prepare a quote — to take steps at your request to enter into a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating the service.
• To send the empty-leg route alerts you have asked for — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site — our legitimate interests.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only as needed to provide the service:

• with the global empty-leg marketplace and partner brokers and operators (including Villiers Jets and other partners) so they can quote for and arrange your flight;
• with the providers who help us run the Site, including our customer-relationship and automation platform and our email and analytics providers, who act on our instructions;
• with regulators or authorities where we are required to by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some providers may process your information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
